Hi Friends, This week I read Chapter 8 ,in this chapter Mr. Pi describes in vivid detail the day his father fed a live goat to a caged tiger to teach Pi and his brother, Ravi about the danger posed by wild animals. But, according to a sign in the zoo, the most dangerous animal of all is man.

Why is man the most dangerous? Why do you think that the author is telling us these things about animals and people? How do you think this information might add to the story later?

Hello
The comment sentence, “the most dangerous animal of all is man”, is very satirical but honest. People will decayed by power but animal don’t. Human can save more than they need but animal don’t. The technology bring the convenient but also bring the waste. The policy bring the leader and organize but also bring the decay and dark. Do you agree that?

There are animals which are as bestial as wild animals such as tiger, but even though these animals are cruel, no one could outweight the man, the human. Humans always damage the earth regardless of where they are and what they really need so that makes many spicies extinct. Humans are the most cruel in the world.
